Ms. Grossman works with attorneys involved in Divorce Litigation and Personal Injury Cases, dealing specifically with vocational issues. Through testing and analysis of personal history, she uses a forensic approach to assess a client's capacity for career options and earning capability. She has served as an "Expert Witness" dealing with Vocational Issues since 1973.
Fran offers professional career counseling to individuals from job evaluation and selection through job search strategies including in-depth testing of abilities, personality, values and interests.
A skilled
presenter, Fran has participated in numerous seminars, workshops, and symposiums
over the past 17 years. She has conducted effective presentations for businesses,
educational groups, hospitals and medical facilities, various professional
and civic organizations, and has appeared on both television and radio as
a guest panelist and primary speaker.
Ms. Grossman received her M.A. in Counseling & Education and her B.A. in Sociology. & Anthropology with coursework in Medical Sociology and Anthropology (Forensic Studies), Criminology, and Juvenile Delinquency from the University of South Florida. She has authored several studies and has served as a national consultant to state curriculum development committees, a teaching faculty member, program administrator, and vocational counselor in college, university, and adult education settings.
Fran takes great pride in her specialty...gifted and exceptional children and adults. She also works with parents and educators to provide insight, testing, evaluation, and consulting for ADA, SLD, and IEP/504-plan students.
A recognized leader in community and business organizations, Fran has served on the board of various professional associations including the Hillsborough County Mental Health Association and as Vice-President of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce. She is an affiliate member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Counseling & Development, and the Florida Career Development Association. She has been recognized by the "1991 International Who's Who of Women" and voted 'Woman of the Year for 1991" by the International Board of Research. She was also named to "Who's Who in American Education" for 1993-94.
